*Rest 1:1 (Or complete with a partner and rest while partner works.  Both athletes do 5 rounds each)
*Score is total WORKING time

Tip of the Day
WODs with rest mean it's and all out sprint kind of day.  Can you complete every round in under 2 minutes?
