Tip of the Day
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Open is upon us.  This is the beginning of our CrossFit "season".   The Open is a time for everyone in the world to test their fitness.  They have a scaled and an Rx WOD each week.  It is five weeks long, it's cheap to sign up and you perform the WOD's in our gym.  This is an awesome way to be a part of our world wide community!  We highly recommend that everyone sign up.  Registration starts Jan 14th.  The CrossFit Open
