Odd minutes: 30 Double Unders
Even minutes: 5 DB or KB squat cleans (40/25) (50/35 Rx+) (30/20 scaled)

Tip of the Day
An EMOM is a great time to work on your efficiency and confidence.  Can you do all the double unders unbroken and cycle the DB's without taking a break?  This is a great time to work on your physical and mental toughness.
