Bench Press

Moving heavy weight is more than just slapping a bunch of plates on a bar and moving it.  In order to be as strong as you are possibly capable of being, you must have both good mobility and perfect form.  The bench press in a perfect example.  If you plop down on the bench, with zero full body engagement, not only will you bench less but you increase your chances of serious injury!  Take the time to go through your routine of proper form to set a PR and save your shoulders.
