8 x 3 banded push press @ 50% of 1 RM

1) Strict pull ups - 8 RM (3-4 sets to find it)
2) 2 x 10 chest supported DB rows

For Time:
Deadlift (225/155)
Pistol squats (per leg) (for example, the round of 1 is 1 on each leg, 2 is 2 on each leg)

Tip of the Day
When performing the pistol squat, you want to make sure that all of your body weight is turned over your squatting leg.  If you are trying to squat with a neutral body weight, you will more than likely lose your balance or not be able to complete the squat at all.
