Tip of the Day
"This Anderson front squat cycle is killing me!"  I can hear it now (hahaha).  Being able to start a large weight, from a dead stop, in the squat position is a huge asset to your strength game.  Think about where you fail when you front squat.  Think about where you are when you lose your form.  For a lot of athletes, it isn't in the bottom, it's when you reach about parallel on the way back up.
