1b) 10 close grip, palms facing,  DB press

400 m run

Tip of the Day
When completing a push press, pay attention to your elbow position.  You want your elbows in front of the bar, with a strong grip.  You do not want to be in a front rack position like you would for a jerk, with much higher elbows and a looser grip.  If the elbows are too high, you will lose a large percentage of your pressing ability.
