Tip of the Day
Deep down, every despises wall walks.  Their reasoning is because they're hard.  However, wall walks will help improve your shoulder strength and stability, improve your handstands and your handstand walks.  So while you're cursing your way through these today, focus on your body positioning, active shoulders and a solid hollow rock!
