Death By Back Squat @ 75% of Bodyweight
*In minute 1, complete 1 back squat
*In minute 2, complete 2 back squats
*In minute 3, complete 3 back squats
*Continue in this fashion until you cannot complete all of the back squats for that minute
*Score is last successful round completed plus any extra reps.

Tip of the Day
"Death by" workouts are a huge mental game.  It's easy to set a goal for yourself and then just quit once you reach it.  Be mentally tougher than that.  Blow through that goal and give it all you have until you truly fail.
