Tip of the Day
This is a tough WOD that hits hard, quickly.  Be very smart about your approach.  The way up the ladder is fairly smooth, the kicker is the way back down.  If you start out sprinting too hard, you are gonna crash.  Be prepared to find a second gear on the way back down.
