20:00 Amrap
25 ft. overhead walking lunge (95/65)
8 bar facing burpees
25 ft. overhead walking lunge (95/65)
8 chest to bar pull ups

If you are not signed up for the open:
20:00 Amrap
25 ft overhead walking lunge with plate (45/25)
8 burpees to a plate
25 ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest to bar pull ups

Open Scaled:
(Scaled Men, Scaled Masters Men 40-44, Scaled Masters Men 45-49, Scaled Masters Men 50-54, Scaled Women, Scaled Masters Women 40-44, Scaled Masters Women 45-49, Scaled Masters Women 50-54)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups
Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.
*Other Masters, Masters Scaled, Teens, and Scaled Teens options will also be available.
Tip of the Day
We are asking a huge favor from everyone for this one.  Because of the logistics issue that we have with this wod, if you are competing in the Open and you can make it on Saturday, please do so.  Also, if you are not competing and planning on attending Saturday, we urge you to attend today and just cheer or help judge on Saturday.  Also, if you have the insane idea that you will want to do this WOD twice, we HIGHLY recommend that you do not! Please give it your all and be "one and done" for this one.
