Tip of the Day
The overhead squat is the king of all squats!  Not only is it the best core building exercise, it is also the best movement to highlight any blaring weaknesses in your mobility.  This is a movement that needs tons of practice at a very light weight.  If you are the type of person that likes to blow through the fundamentals of a movement, fight through pain, and poor form to achieve Rx next to your name, maybe you should reassess.  We would rather see someone complete movements like this with a pvc and practice getting every rep right, solidly, than do half the movement for the sake of Rx.
