Gymnasty

10:00 of:
Toes to bar, pull up, muscle up, and/or kipping practice

WOD
15:00 on the clock:
1000 m row buy in,
Then AMRAP in remaining time of:
7 Toes to Bar
7 Push ups
30 Double unders

Tip of the Day
If you want to be better at gymnastics movements, start out on the floor.  Practice your hollow and arch positions.  You should be able to not only hold those positions, but you should be able to snap into those positions, on command, quickly.  If you want to step your positions up a notch, try them with a pvc in hand, mimicking holding the pull up bar.
