Find your Split Jerk 1 RM

2 Rounds:
1a) 6 pull ups against max bands
1b) 10 one arm DB bent over row

10:00 EMOM
Even minutes: 6 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
Odd minutes: 10 Shoulder to overhead (95/65)

Tip of the Day
One of the most important factors of the split jerk, is your foot positioning.  When you split, both feet need to move and you need to land with a fairly even weight distribution.  What is key, however, is the width of your feet.  You want to think about your feet being on railroad tracks, not walking a tight rope.
