Find your Front Squat 1 RM

2 Rounds:
1a) 10 per leg lateral lunges in a stationary position
1b) 8 Barbell seated good mornings + bands pulling from the front

For Time:
500 m row
50 squats
50 double unders
500 m row

Tip of the Day
It is time to see if all of those Anderson front squats have paid off.  Remember how it felt to get the bar started out of the rack?  We want you to think about that when your squat starts to get heavier and you want to slow down on the way back up.  As soon as you hit your sticking point, drive those elbows up and push hard!
