Tip of the Day
Being able to do a muscle up and being able to do muscle ups in a WOD, with other things, while fatigued, are two very different things.  If you have been working on your muscle ups and are going to do them today, you have to trust your abilities as an athlete when fatigued.  Do not second guess your strength!
