The Open starts this week!  It is the beginning of our CrossFit season!

Tip of the Day
Today is dynamic effort lower body.  The purpose of dynamic work is to increase your power output and your barbell speed, hence the low rep scheme.  The bar should be traveling at .8 meters per second.  In other words, if your lifts are slow, it's too heavy for this training day.
