Tip of the Day
The Open is all about work capacity.  This WOD is an awesome example of how hard it can be to push yourself.  Can you do all of your double unders unbroken?  Can you talk yourself into picking up the bar instead of resting more?  The key to this one is breathing.  Can you be mentally tough when low on oxygen?
