1a) 10 per leg - one legged KB deadlifts
1b) 15 banded russian KB swings
1c) 20 V-ups

5 squat cleans (165/105)
7 sumo deadlifts

Tip of the Day
During the 5 weeks of the Open, we will continue out usual strength program.  Taking time off from you usual training schedule for an extended period of time (the Open, a sports season, etc.) is a good way to increase your chances for injury.  We are setting up our schedule to continue to build your progress while competing at the same time.
