Tip of the Day
Today we do ALL the clean & jerks! For your sets of 5, have a goal that you would like to finish at for an unbroken set of 5, then work your way backwards for where you want to start.  If you are proficient at lifting, a 5 RM is doable.  If you have some technique flaws and/or mobility issues, working up to a relatively, yet doable, without losing form, 5 is recommended.
