Tip of the Day
For those of you competing in the Open, our programming will be set up so that everyone will be ready to go on either Friday or Saturday.  If you feel that you want to rest the day before, go ahead and do so.  Make sure you work on your mobility and if you decide to work on the movements, practice them light and work on your technique.
