10 RFT (5 rounds each):
10 Bench Press (135/95)
250 m Row

*Format is you go, I go.  Person 1 does one full round before person 2 starts theirs, resting person spots on bench.  Score is total team time.

Tip of the Day
Bench press, when done properly, is an excellent way of increasing your overhead strength without lifting overhead.  What do I mean?  How many of you have gotten better at handstand push ups and shoulder to overhead without specifically focusing on them?  Trust the program, it works.
