Tip of the Day
With a lot of previous experience with this WOD, you will hear this here and from your coaches today: "If you do not do Fran Rx, please do not attempt to do this WOD Rx."  I understand that it is the Open and you have fought hard to Rx every WOD so far.  However, since this WOD has no time cap, we witnessed people take 45 minutes or more to do this WOD in '14 (there was not a scaled option in '14).  Ideally, this workout should be completed in under 20 minutes.  So think long and hard about how much you want to hurt before deciding to fight for Rx.
