Tip of the Day
How are your double unders when you are fatigued?  If they are pretty solid when you are fresh, chances are you have a mental block.  One way to overcome that is to remind yourself that they are easy, and trust your abilities.  If you struggle slightly when you are fresh, changes are you tense up too much and you try to hard.  Focus on your solid jump, fast wrist turn, and relaxing!
