Tip of the Day
Did you know that a handstand push up is just an upside down press?  Think about the path your arms take when you do a strict press, push press, or jerk.  Now, flip you upside down and that should be the same path they take on a handstand push up.  If you're doing something different, then it needs to be fixed.
