Midline

2 Rounds:
1a) 20 partner med ball tosses
1b) 20 per side banded oblique twists
1c) 20 per arm rear delt raise

WOD
With a partner:
20:00 on the clock:
2,000 m row (switching every 250 m)
Then AMRAP in remaining time of:
15 burpees
15 KB swings (1.5/1)
*Break up the remaining amrap however you want

Tip of the Day
Working with a partner is a lot of fun and you will be able to get some rest in that 20 minutes, well, depending on who your partner is.  However, partner wods can be chaos if you do not communicate well.  The key to working well on any team is communication!  Discuss with your partner how you want to set up the rower, how you want to transition, how many reps of each movement you want to do, who is counting the rounds, etc.  The more you iron out the fine details, the smoother the wod will go and the more rounds you will get.
