Tip of the Day
For those of you still struggling with pull ups, are you challenging yourself on your pulling accessories?  Meaning, are you going up in weight on your rows?  This applies to every level of pulling struggle, pull ups, chest to bar, and muscle up.  Dial in your accessory work and work on your strict pull ups.  Only then will your ability to kip for large numbers increase.
