Tip of the Day
Squatting is good for your health.  It is also essential for living a full and healthy life.  Do you think I'm crazy?  Try going through your entire day without doing a variation of a squat, that will ruin anyones mood.  The box squat is a variation of squatting that loads the glutes and hamstrings hard.  By training the hamstrings, you significantly lower your chances of knee tissue injuries.
