Tip of the Day
Everybody wants to skip over the basics and jump into the "cool" stuff.  By that I mean, nobody wants to take the time to work on their air squat to make them better at the squat clean or squat snatch.  The demise of the beginner athlete is skipping the base to do more advanced movements.  Take some time to master your air squat and all of your other movements will improve as well.
