Tip of the Day
If your squat maxes are getting better, and your mobility is getting better, you pistol squat should be getting better.  If you always do the same weight for movements,  and assume you need the same scaling options, you are probably not improving at the speed you would like.  Try something out of your comfort zone if you are scaling the pistol today.  Try touching a deeper box, try no box, and get comfortable being uncomfortable.
