Tip of the Day
Emom's are not only an awesome time to practice your weaknesses, they are perfect for interval training.  Similar to doing running intervals, the work to rest training is excellent for a healthy heart.  Since emom's are more like sprints, they are good for increasing your work capacity and dropping body fat without losing any muscle.
