Sled Walk 5 Rounds:
30 m forward
30 m backward
30 m lateral leading with right
30 m lateral leading with left
*All the same weight

Tip of the Day
Since there is only one rope climb at a time today, work on your speed for not only the way up, but also the way down.  Set a goal to reach the top in a certain number of pulls, but also set a goal for the way down.  This can be done by counting how many times you move your hands, how many times you pause, it's up to you.  Todays focus, move faster.
