Tip of the Day
Having solid technique is important on not only heavy lifts, but also on cycling a barbell for multiple reps.  Your goal on cycling is to have every rep look exactly the same, to move quickly, yet not waste extra energy.  By keeping your heart rate down and your breathing under control, you will improve your cycle time.
