Barbell

Work up to a max of:
1 full clean + 1 hang clean (This is preferably caught in a squat.  Also, there is no dropping of the bar between the full clean and the hang clean)

Tip of the Day
This is an extremely highly technical WOD.  The more solid your technique is on your lifts and gymnastics, the faster you will be able to fly through this wod with minimal fatigue.  If you are lacking in the skill department and prefer to do more strict movements, pulling on your lifts and strict handstands, you might find your arms feeling a bit fatigued earlier than you would like.
