FRAN!!!!! I LOVE HER! To me, this workout is pure genius.  It's an amazing couplet of a push and a pull.  But Fran packs a nasty punch.  She seems so easy and so deceiving.  If you really want to feel what Fran is really about, scale this WOD to a weight  that will force you to do it in 5 minutes, then sprint your head off.  All of our bench mark girls are designed to be hard and fast, therefore, if you cannot do this WOD in 10 minutes or less, Rx, you need to scale it.
