Tip of the Day
This is a WOD where there is no excuse to stop moving.  You can set the damper setting low enough to be able to generate power consistently through all five rounds, and still jump off and complete your first burpee.  On the burpee, keep moving, you can always do one more burpee.  There is no weight involved, it's just pure mental power.  Be tough and do not stop.
