Tip of the Day
I love when we program running days and everyone says, "Running?!?! I'll do that at home."  A few things usually happen, either it doesn't get completed at all or you do not push nearly as hard as you would in a class.  So let me leave this here:  Today we are going to teach you how to sprint properly and we are going to push you way harder than you can possibly imagine pushing yourself.  Today, we are making people better.  See you there.
