REMINDER: Yoga will be Saturday's at 8:00 a.m. from now on!
Big numbers can make people freak out.  However, you can make them more user friendly by breaking them up differently.  Five sets of ten seems more doable for some than 50!  As you are chipping away think of the remaining reps as "over half way there" or "only 15 left, you can do 15".  By telling yourself positive reminders, you will be able to keep pushing.
