Tip of the Day
We like to change up our grip and our stance with as many of our movements as we can.  The goal is to increase your absolute strength in as many ranges of motion as possible.  If you have a habit of training the same way and the same thing all the time, you're doing yourself a major disservice!  Variance is the key to success.
