Tip of the Day
We train unbroken movements for a variety of reasons, strength, barbell cycling, technique, confidence, etc.  However, one of the biggest reasons for programming unbroken reps is for mental training.  Most athletes stop to take a break because their mind is telling them to stop.  By the time your mind says "break", your body is only about 40% tired.  Your body can withstand more than your mind thinks it can.  By practicing your movements unbroken, you can have the confidence that your body can handle that load from now on, in any workout.
