Push Press 1 RM

1) 8 RM close grip floor press
then 2 rounds of:
2) 8 DB floor press

400 m run
21 KB swings (1.5/1)
12 pull ups

Tip of the Day
Welcome to the day where we put your "unbroken" mentality to the test.  If you have the physical ability to do this wod unbroken, there is no reason why you shouldn't try your best.  If you have to break on the pull ups, do your best to go unbroken on the KB swings.  Also, use the swings as an "active rest" station.  You can do KB swings and get your breathing under control at the same time.
