Tip of the Day
Todays WOD has a few movements that require quite a bit of skill, double unders, toes to bar, and handstand push ups.  If these are movements that you are currently working on or fighting through, you might want to consider scaling them for today.  Nine minutes is not a lot of time to get all of this work done and you don't want to spend five minutes "working on" your double unders.  There is a time to practice and there is a time to work.  This WOD is work.
