So. Much. Rowing!  Yes, we all know that rowing is not the most exciting movement.  However, it is a butt kicking piece of cardio equipment, and it is better than the bike!  Rowing is excellent for low impact cardio.  If you value any of your joints in your lower body, you will learn to appreciate the rower more.
