Tip of the Day
This WOD is awesome!  However, looks can be deceiving.  Upon first glance it looks short and sweet.  In all actuality, the goal for this WOD is to just keep moving forward.  Pick a snatch weight that you are confident with but is a bit heavy.  Have as much fun as we did!
