Tip of the Day
Why is this workout so challenging?  In order to be efficient at double unders, you must maintain you midline position, a.k.a., rib cage tucked down and pelvis tucked up.  What happens when your midline gets fatigued?  Your rib cage opens up and your pelvis tilts down, creating a sway in your low back and a weak midline position.
