4 Years Old!

Four years ago today, we opened our doors for the first time.  We have come so far in such a short amount of time.  Thank you to all of you for helping us become the Ferrum family!  Our goal is to make every one of you the best version of yourself.  We strive to become better as coaches and athletes to provide you with the best program and coaching around.  Thank you for an amazing 4 years! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!

Recovery
100 banded tricep press downs + 100 DB rollback extensions (can be broken up however you want)

Tip of the Day
That's a heavy front squat!  Taking it from the floor has it's advantages.  Besides getting to do a clean, there is the mental challenge of doing all the reps unbroken so that you don't have to clean it again.  Get your mind right before you start that you are not dropping the bar.  Do work!
