100 band pull aparts
100 heavy band standing crunches
*Can be divided up however you wish

With a partner:
For Time:
100 calorie row
100 box jumps (24/20)
100 walking lunges
100 burpees
*Must be completed as a chipper, top to bottom
*One athlete works at a time

Tip of the Day
When working with a partner, the idea is to keep the power output high.  Instead of having your partner do 50 straight box jumps and rest a lot, maybe alternate the box jump like "you go, I go."  Maybe you want to do them in sets of 5 or 10.  Whatever the case may be, you want to be able to keep moving without both of you resting at the same time.
