*Rest 1:00 between rounds
*Score is continuous count, make sure you continue from where you left off on the previous round. When you finish, you should have one big score like 22+8.

Tip of the Day
"The Chief"  is a really fun workout.  The amraps are short, the numbers are small and the weight is doable.  However, don't let that trick you into thinking that it is easy.  This WOD shows it's true punch in about round 3.  At that point, your mental toughness better kick in.  Hail to "The Chief".
