Power snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat (Weight is athletes choice and you may drop the bar between each rep)

Double Unders
Sit ups
*100 m sprint between each round.  The WOD ends with a sprint after the round of 3.

Tip of the Day
What is the best way to become better at frustrating things like double unders, snatches, squat cleans, and split jerks?  Practice, lots and lots of practice.  These movements are very neurological and only get better through changes in your nervous system.  The more you practice, the better your system adapts and your timing improves.  So instead of getting mad, be patient and realize that these movements take a lot of time and a lot of dedication!
