Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Tip of the Day
Think long and hard about this workout today.  The weight you pick is totally up to you.  This workout can be as hard, or as easy as you would like.  If you fail, you must start that round over again.  Going down in weight is not an option.
